Team Member unable to Sign in

If your team member is unable to sign in to your team via the invite please try the following troubleshooting steps.

After logging in from the team invite link, refresh the page. On the bottom left of the screen, the invited member should see a team icon. This is set to 'Personal Team' by default. The invited member should click on the icon to see other Teams available. Click on the Team name, then click on Switch Team.

Still doesn't work? Try the steps below:

  1. Ask the team member to create a new account from Nanonets before they accept the invite:
    1. The team member should visit: https://app.nanonets.com/#/signup
    2. Add in their email ID
    3. Add a new password
    4. Click on Sign up
    5. They will receive a verification email on their email (Please check spam or other folders if not found)
    6. Click on the Verify your account link in their email to complete sign up
  2. Delete your older invite and send a new invite after the team member creates an account
  3. The invited team member must click on the link in their invite email
  4. The invited team member must then visit https://app.nanonets.com/#/login and log in using the email and password they used to create a new account above
  5. The invited team member will be redirected to their account
  6. On the bottom left of the screen, they should see a team icon. This is set to 'Personal Team' by default. Click on the icon to see other Teams available. Click on the Team name, then click on Switch Team.
