You can now submit and manage your support requests more efficiently, all from one centralized location.

How to open a support ticket:

1. Login to your account on app.nanonets.com

2. Navigate to "Support Requests" section on the bottom left

3. Select the model_id for which you wish to request support

4. Fill in the form with the required details and submit
